Refund Policy
Effective date: 1 May 2026
1. Try before you pay
Every new user starts on the Free trial — 3 days, 5 application emails per day. The trial requires no payment method and lets you confirm that the bot works for you before any money changes hands. We strongly recommend using the trial first.
2. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable
Because JYRY AI is a digital service that begins delivering value immediately on subscription (new vacancies discovered, emails sent), all paid subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has been charged. This applies to Plus, Pro and Max plans.
3. Cancelling stops the next renewal — not the current one
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from inside the Telegram bot. When you do:
- Automatic renewal is deactivated immediately. You will not be charged again.
- Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period (e.g. for a Plus subscription, until the end of the current month).
- Once that period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier.
- There is no cash refund for the unused portion of the current period.
4. Upgrades
When you upgrade to a higher tier mid-cycle, Paddle charges the prorated price difference for the time remaining and applies the new plan immediately. No refund is due on upgrade. Downgrades are not supported by JYRY AI.
5. Exceptions
We will issue a refund (in full or proportionally) in the following limited cases:
- Service unavailable for an extended period. If a verified technical fault on our side prevents the Service from delivering its core function for more than 72 consecutive hours within a billing cycle, contact us and we will issue a proportional credit or refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate or accidental charges. If Paddle charges you twice for the same billing cycle, contact us and we will refund the duplicate within 14 days.
- Mandatory consumer-protection rights. Where you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal or refund under the consumer-protection law of your country of residence that cannot be waived, that right prevails over this policy.
6. How to request a refund
Email jyrygroup@gmail.com from the same address linked to your Telegram bot account. Include your Telegram user ID, the date of the disputed charge, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
Refunds, when granted, are issued by Paddle back to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary; expect 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
