Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 May 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JYRY AI service ("Service"), operated by Hadi Saleh ("we", "us", "JYRY AI") based in Kuwait. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
JYRY AI is a subscription assistant that helps users discover apprenticeship ("Ausbildung") vacancies on the public job board of the German Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) and helps them send personalised application emails to those employers. The Service is delivered through a Telegram bot.
All application emails are sent from the user's own Gmail account, using a Google App Password that the user provides. JYRY AI does not operate sending infrastructure on behalf of the user and is not a bulk email service.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information (your real name, valid Gmail address, truthful CV) and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your Telegram account.
3. Your obligations
- You will only send applications to employers whose positions you are genuinely interested in and qualified for.
- Your CV and application content must be truthful.
- You will not use the Service to send promotional, marketing, or any other content unrelated to genuine job applications.
- You acknowledge that mass-sending unsolicited commercial emails to companies in Germany may, under certain circumstances, infringe German unfair-competition law (UWG §7). You take sole responsibility for ensuring your applications constitute a legitimate, good-faith application for an apprenticeship position.
- You will respect Gmail's terms of service and sending limits. JYRY AI paces sending to reduce risk, but Google may still suspend your account if it considers your activity abusive.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans (Plus, Pro, Max) are recurring subscriptions billed in advance for the period stated at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle) as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for tax collection and remittance where applicable and issues you the receipt.
Prices are shown in EUR and may include applicable taxes depending on your country of residence. By subscribing you authorise Paddle to charge the payment method on file at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
You may upgrade to a higher tier at any time from inside the bot. The prorated price difference will be charged immediately to your saved payment method.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from inside the bot. Cancellation deactivates automatic renewal at the end of the current paid period. Your paid plan stays active until that period ends; at that point your account reverts to the Free tier.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions.
6. Service availability
JYRY AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Bundesagentur für Arbeit board will always return matching vacancies. We may pause, modify or discontinue features at any time. Where reasonable, we will give advance notice through the Telegram bot.
7. Third parties outside our control
The Service depends on third parties — Telegram (chat delivery), Google (your Gmail account and SMTP), Bundesagentur für Arbeit (vacancy data), Paddle (payments). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or account actions taken by these parties against you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JYRY AI's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Consumers resident in the European Union retain the mandatory protections afforded to them under the law of their habitual residence (Rome I Regulation, Art. 6).
We will try to resolve any dispute amicably. If we cannot, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Kuwait, except where mandatory consumer law in the user's country of residence provides otherwise.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms over time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance through the Telegram bot, and the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after the new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
